As one of the leading pharmaceutical colleges in Karnataka, BLDEA’s Shri Sanganabasava Mahaswamiji College of Pharmacy and Research Centre, Vijayapura was founded in 1982. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. It has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education and the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi.

About BLDEA’s SSM Pharmacy College
BLDEA’s SSM Pharmacy College is an essential part of the Bijapur Lingayat Education Association (BLDEA), a leading education organization in the North Karnataka region. It is the first Pharmacy College in India to have earned this recognition. Additionally, the college has gained an excellent reputation and respect throughout the state for imparting quality pharmaceutical education.
The College offers PG Courses in six departments, namely, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.
